Russia-born, Yuriy Gavrilenko, is a New York-based visual artist, book publisher, filmmaker, and wood sculptor. Yuriy started his career as a visual artist in Moscow and moved to the States in the mid-90s. His project at the Buffalo Creek Art Center is a monumental wood sculpture titled “Sister’s Foot”.
